The link above is for NASA’s current deep space project called Orion. This project hopes to take humans father than ever before in space. The image below is Orion. This spacecraft will be attached to a rocket when it is launched from Earth for the first time December 4. This will be an unmanned test launch. On this date the craft will undergo many crucial tests to determine if it is safe for deep space travel. If all the tests are successful this spacecraft will eventually take astronauts to mars (farther than any human being has ever travelled before).
